1. Eligibility for Returns
We gladly accept returns for all products purchased from Skovar.xyz, including our Vegan Handbags, Silk Scarves, and Evening Fashion, under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- All original tags and labels must be attached to the product.
- Vegan Handbags: Returns are only accepted if the bag is unused and in the same condition as when it was shipped.
- Silk Scarves: Due to the delicate nature of silk, scarves must be returned in their original, unwashed, and unaltered condition.
- Evening Fashion: Dresses and evening wear must be returned with all tags intact and must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
2. How to Make a Return
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at admin@skovar.xyz within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the Product: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RA number on the return label.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- Exchanges: If you’d prefer to exchange an item, we will process the exchange once the returned item has been received. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or washed items.
- Sale or discounted products.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage, and we will arrange for a full refund or exchange. We strive to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition, but if there is an issue, we will make it right.
6. Final Sale Items
Any items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
